A research team from the Chinese PLA General Hospital conducted an experiment where 112 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups. The results revealed that the group using MLCT oil saw significantly more pronounced reductions in body weight, waist circumference and body fat percentage!

Another study found that even in cases of unintentional excessive oil intake – 40 grams per day, far exceeding the recommended amount – after 12 consecutive weeks, those who consumed regular cooking oil gained 1.83 kilograms in weight and 4.3% in body fat. By contrast, those who used MLCT oil only gained 0.91 kilograms in weight and a mere 2.16% in body fat.
